This notice describes the public static Ocean King Distillers website and distinguishes the separate demo admin. It is a working description of the website, not a representation that every legal requirement has been satisfied. The client must confirm the controller identity, hosting arrangements, any processors and applicable privacy obligations before approving a final notice.
Date of birth and the access gateway
Your date of birth is checked in your browser to assess the site’s minimum-age policy, currently 21, together with your local-law confirmation. The intended gateway clears the date fields on admission and does not store or transmit the DOB to Ocean King Distillers. It is not identity verification and does not prove legal eligibility to purchase alcohol.
If you choose Remember my confirmation, the gateway uses okd_age_admission for up to 30 days to record the admission policy and expiry, not your birth date. Reset age confirmation removes this remembered admission and relocks the page. Without remembering, a reload requires a new check. This does not erase browser history or hosting logs.
Enquiries and requests for updates
Email and telephone links open your own applications. The contact and club-request forms are designed to prepare an email fallback unless a client-approved endpoint is configured. Preparing a draft does not send it or create a subscription; your email provider and the recipient receive information only when you send. Do not include identity documents, DOB or payment details.
If an approved external form or newsletter service is later enabled, it may receive the fields you submit. The provider, purpose, retention and any transfer details must be reviewed and reflected in this notice before use. Empty service identifiers or URLs in site configuration disable those services; a successful mailing-list subscription must never be assumed from the static form.
Hosting and optional services
Requesting any page necessarily sends connection information to the hosting infrastructure, including an IP address, requested URL and browser headers. The provider may log these requests. We have not verified the log retention period or provider contracts; the client must confirm them. The HTTPS preview domain is not evidence of privacy-law certification.
Fonts and brand images are served locally. Analytics, marketing tags, external maps and any social integration are optional configuration-controlled services, not automatic features of these pages. Empty IDs disable services. An enabled service can receive request and device information according to its setup; non-essential services require the runtime privacy controls and client approval before activation.
Curated local brand photographs are not a live Instagram feed. An external profile link, when configured and selected, takes you to another service governed by its own privacy terms. No remote feed or map is embedded in the generated static HTML.
The separate demo admin
The admin panel is a demonstration, not an authenticated production account system. Product changes and resized images are stored in the browser’s localStorage under okd_products. Those edits do not update this static catalog or create a server-side product database. Avoid real personal information or confidential uploads, especially on a shared device. Clearing that storage removes the local demo records.
